Gift Card Policy: Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The certificate must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Services are subject to price changes; however, the purchase price of the gift certificate will be honored for six months from the date of purchase. For gift certificates older than six months, the spa reserves the right to convert service-based certificates to their original cash value in U.S. dollars, equivalent to the amount paid, if the indicated service is no longer available or if the original price of the service has changed.
