Which location is my appointment at?

We have two locations: The Willows (1911 10th Ave West) and The Vintage, our original spa, just two doors down at 1901 10th Ave West on the corner of 10th & Howe. ​ Massage appointments take place at The Vintage. ​ Facials and aesthetics services including waxing, lash and brow services are held at The Willows, our newer location. ​ If you’re ever unsure, a sign will be posted outside each location listing the therapists scheduled there for the day. You can also relax knowing your therapist will be expecting you at your appointment time and will gladly meet you and guide you to the correct location.

Do you accept Insurance for Massage?

No we do not accept insurance at this time, you can request an emailed receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Is your spa ADA accessible?

Our two spa locations are fully ADA accessible and designed to welcome guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids. Convenient access is available, with a bus stop for Line 1 located directly across the street from our location, making transportation easy and accessible. We offer ADA-compliant restrooms at both locations for guest convenience and comfort. We are committed to inclusivity and are happy to accommodate guests who are blind, low vision, deaf, or hard of hearing. Communication accommodations are available, and guests may contact us via email or online booking to request any assistance needed prior to their visit. Service animals are always welcome in our spa. Our practitioners are dedicated to making any reasonable accommodations necessary to ensure your experience is comfortable, relaxing, and seamless from arrival through the end of your visit.

How do I buy a Gift Card?

We offer e-gift cards online, perfect for treating someone special. If you’d like a physical gift card, simply contact our off-site customer support by phone or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do pick the right skincare routine?

Our estheticians are here to help you cut through the noise. We’d love to consult with you about your current routine and help streamline it to match your lifestyle, budget, and skin goals. For a more in-depth consultation, you can add our Custom Skincare Routine as an add-on to any facial for dedicated time to create a personalized plan.

Why do I need a door code?

While we are often busy with clients, your confirmation email will give you access to the door code to our spa. Upon arrival, use this code to enter into the spa, and relax in our waiting area before your appointment.

Can I book an appointment with
a Gift Card?

All appointments require a credit card to be entered at the time of booking to hold your slot. A Gift Card cannot hold an appointment. Bring your gift card number available at checkout, and we can use it for the payment.

What spa etiquette should I follow?

To help create a calm, relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you turn your phone ringer off upon arrival and keep voices low throughout the spa. Please check in at the front desk in the lobby, where your therapist will greet you. We invite you to take a few moments to relax and unwind before your appointment begins. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow children at appointments, and pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free street parking is available along 10th Ave and the surrounding streets. We recommend arriving with enough time to find a nearby spot, especially on weekends when parking can be more limited.

What do I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever you’re comfortable in! For facials, we provide an optional spa gown, but you’re welcome to undress to your comfort level — just avoid wearing jewelry (permanent or piercing jewelry is fine). For massages, we recommend dressing down so your therapist can easily access the areas being treated. Your comfort is always our priority!

How early should I arrive before my Appointment?

You're welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes before your appointment. We have a cozy waiting area in our lobby where you can relax, enjoy some water or tea, and use the restroom before your service begins.

What's the difference between Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage?

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes and rhythmic techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease general muscle tension. Deep tissue massage uses slower, more focused techniques to work into deeper layers of muscle and target areas of chronic tension, tightness, or pain. It’s important to know: the difference isn’t just about pressure. Both styles can be adjusted to your comfort level light, medium, or firm. The real difference is in the technique and focus of the work.

What if I cannot find the door code?

If you cannot find the door code in your email, do not worry your therapist is expecting your arrival and will be there to open the door for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are not subject to any fees. If you booked online, you can easily cancel through our booking portal. We understand that emergencies or illness can happen — in those cases, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment without any charges.

What if I am sick?

If you’re feeling sick, please do not come in for your appointment. We want to make sure our practitioners and other clients stay healthy. If you can’t make your appointment, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to cancel. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance you can easily cancel through our booking portal if you booked online. We understand that illness and emergencies can happen — if that’s the case, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment without any charges. We appreciate you helping us keep everyone safe and healthy.

How do I pick the right facial for my skin?

If it’s your first time visiting us, we often recommend starting with our Signature European Facial — it's fully customizable to suit your unique skin needs. Still unsure? Feel free to book a facial based on your preferred time length. This secures your appointment, and during your visit, your therapist will assess your skin and help determine the best treatment for you.

How do I purchase products?

We carry a wide selection of professional products right here at the spa. You can purchase products with us by booking our Custom Skincare Routine Add-on for a full routine consultation with one of our Estheticians. You can also purchase products while at check out after a service at our spa. Give us an email or a call, and our remote customer support will assist you in purchasing your products and scheduling a time for you to pick up your products at the spa. If there’s something specific you’d like that we don't have in stock, we can have it shipped to the spa for you to pick up at your next appointment.

How often should I get a Facial?

This can vary from person to person depending on your at-home skincare routine, skin goals, lifestyle, and budget. Our estheticians often recommend getting a facial once a month if you're looking to see noticeable improvements or simply want a consistent self-care ritual. For general skin maintenance, a seasonal facial every three months is a great way to reset your skin with deeper exfoliation, extractions, and overall upkeep.

Why do I need to submit a credit card to hold my appointment?

To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until your appointment is completed, and no charges will ever be made without prior contact. Your information is securely stored in our Meevo system, which is fully encrypted and inaccessible to anyone. We prioritize your privacy and security at all times.
