Building Intuition:

Daily group activities work on creating a foundational understanding for learning each individual’s unique intuitive perception.

She believes whole heartedly that everyone is born with intuition and has the ability to deepen, strengthen and enliven intuition within themselves. 

Teri Alvarado is a healing arts practitioner and intuitive bodyworker with decades of holding space for others to initiate their own healing process.  She believes that everyone has the true ability to expand their own intuitive expression through trust, understanding and grace.

Protect Your Investment. 
In the event that you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances we strongly recommend that you protect your investment at the time of your registration with travel insurance. Once you have registered and paid for your retreat there are no refunds.

The retreat is transferable to someone else. It will be your responsibility to reach out to us via email at [email protected] and ask us if we have anyone on the cancellation or wait list willing to take your reservation. If we do, we will ask them to contact you to make payment directly to you.
 
If we do not have someone to transfer your trip to, It is your responsibility to find a new person to take your spot. You will need to inform us of the new person's full name and contact information including email and phone number. You will collect the fee from the person you are transferring to as we do not handle any of those details.

If you're not able to go and your not able to transfer your Retreat to another attendee you are responsible for the trip fee in full, thus we encourage purchasing  trip insurance.

Staff & Services:

• Private Chef – Includes a Gourmet Chef to prepare 2 meals per day.
• Our Chef menu can accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies as needed and has menu options to  include vegan and vegetarian dishes.


• Arrival night (Saturday) the Chef off and will order a simple meal for arriving guests.


• Breakfast and Dinner are inclusive in your stay with one dinner off site.


• Guests are responsible for their own lunch, snacks, beverages and alcohol; two lunches are provided on excursion days.

  Laundry Service – Personal laundry service is available twice weekly or upon request.  There is also self serve laundry in the villa.


• ​Personal Concierge & Vacation Coordinator – Will assist with all arrangements pertaining to your transportation from San Jose airport to the Estate; arrange all excursions/activities with certified and reputable companies; all other requests to ensure your vacation stay is nothing short of relaxing and stress-free. Your personal assistant will essentially help you to plan the most perfect luxury beach vacation.

Traveling To Vista Hermosa Estate From SJO

The town of Manuel Antonio is a seaside enclave located on the Pacific side and is just a 2.5-hour drive from Costa Rica’s San Jose International Airport. 

Best Time To Drive:
​An ideal time to drive into Manuel Antonio is during the day when you take advantage of the lush beauty of the scenic mountain road and seaside drive. Also stretch and enjoy your first real taste of nature through the unique rest stop at the Rio Tarcoles Bridge (aka, The Croc Bridge) – where you are sure to enjoy watching crocodiles in their habitat. Several great restaurants are located at the halfway point en route to the villa property. 

Shuttles:   
​​The arrangements can be set up by our Concierge & Vacation Coordinator.  If your arrival does not line up with the shuttle provided, please make arrangements other arrangements to arrive the Villa; order a separate shuttle, private driver, rent a car, buy plane or whatever fits your adventure level.

Shuttles are a popular option for travel. Let one of our professional drivers pick you up at the airport in a comfortable van for an easy introduction to your Costa Rica vacation. The drive is approximately 2.5 – 3 hours, and the driver is happy to stop along for sightseeing or food.

The driver will wait at the airport exit holding a sign with your name and a shuttle reserved with plenty of room for everyone and their luggage. We only hire shuttle services that have the comfiest air-conditioned vehicles.

By Plane:
Quepos has its own local airport which makes it super convenient in case you don’t want to drive. The Quepos airport is located just 10 minutes outside of town. A one way flight from San Jose to Quepos costs around $80 USD one way per person and is around a 20 minute flight. The biggest local airline in Costa Rica is Sansa Air.

Waterfall Excursion 

The Mangrove Estuary Tour

ALL DAY WATER FALL EXCURSION 
​“Off the beaten track find waterfall slides, caves and secluded beaches. ”

Come with us on a full day of adventure. We will be on the ocean, in the jungle, jumping from waterfalls, sliding down waterfalls, exploring caves and adventuring in Costa Rica unlike any other tour.
We will start the day by heading south to explore some of our favorite places in Costa Rica. We will be seeing 3 waterfalls, all of which you can jump from, and at each of these spots are places to explore as well.
We will also visit an almost secluded beach that is outlined with caves and palm trees. This tour is for the adventurer who wants to get away from the crowds and truly see what Costa Rica’s hidden side has to offer. Better than exploring on your own, because the guides will uncover secret spots, lead the way, and show you how to navigate the falls if you want to climb or jump.

The Mangrove Estuary Tour
​“where nature lives!”

Explore the Mangroves located 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio, the Damas Island mangroves allow you to travel calm waterways, with the dramatic backdrop of the spectacular Fila Chonta Mountains. An experienced guide takes guests through the estuary that is home to whiteface monkeys, caimans, boa constrictors, sloths, and anteaters, as well as a host of exotic birds, plants and flowers. You may even catch a glimpse at the rare ‘silky pigmy anteater’, barely bigger than the human hand.

Trip Time: 4 hours total
Includes: Transportation, guide, beverages on the boat and lunch

Excursion policy

All excursions are scheduled during the retreat as group a event, if for any reason you choose not to attend please let us know and we encourage you to enjoy yourself at the beach, by the pool, or head into town.
