Gift Certificate Policy
The seven day return policy does not apply to gift certificates; use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Certificate must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Services are subject to price change, thus the purchase price will be guaranteed for six months after purchase date. For gift certificates older than six months, our spa reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their cash value in US dollars, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, if the service indicated is no longer available or the original/sale price for that service has changed.
